Darion A. Morgan, CPA

Darion Morgan has over a decade of deep industry knowledge in corporate accounting, finance and internal/external auditing methodologies and procedures. For many years, Darion worked as an Auditor for KPMG, LLC (KPMG), a global audit, tax, and advisory firm and as the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Coordinator/Internal Auditor for a national leader in the restaurant industry where he designed and tested Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) based SOX Section 404, developed and performed audit procedures for internal audits, and communicated SOX testing results for SOX 302 certification. 

Darion is active in the Greenville community, serving on the boards of the Judson Street YMCA and Unity Health on Main. He was named one of Greenville Business Magazine's Best & Brightest - 35 and Under in 2013. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and coaching his son's YMCA football team.

Dionne C. Simmons, CPA

Dionne is a Georgia native with several years of experience in the accounting industry.  She began her career in 2010 as the accountant for an academic honor society with over 20 chapters nationwide.  Upon graduating from Georgia State University she went on to work for a regional CPA firm in Atlanta, where she reviewed clients’ internal control processes and performed audits of various nonprofit organizations, privately held businesses, and employee benefit plans.  Dionne has also spent some time in the private industry, holding positions as an internal auditor for a public power supply company in Atlanta, GA and senior accountant for a facilities maintenance service provider in Greenville, SC.  Aside from accounting, Dionne’s hobbies are traveling, shopping, watching anything good on Netflix, and spending time with her loved ones.
